Mint Yoga focuses on the physical aspect of Yoga sometimes referred to as Asana practice. The studio offers different styles of movement and postures that range from gentle to powerful. Most classes also include some centering, meditation and savasana (rest) as well.
Mint Yoga was opened with the intention of accepting and welcoming all, regardless of background, skill level, or practice. Mint Yoga wants every person who walks through their door to find their own practice by exploring the variety of yoga offered by their array of seasoned yoga instructors, each with varying styles.
