OUR NAME

The word quiddity means essence or a state of being. The word well means being in good health.Ā QuidwellĀ is a state of being well.

Our vision is every woman finds her own individualized version of holisticĀ health, daily.

Quidwell is your local wellness connection.

OUR MISSION

Our mission is to offer the health knowledge, connections, tools, and resources every woman needs to thrive. By investigating, connecting, and amplifying the work being done in the community, we help every woman find her own version of holistic health.

OUR STORY

Welcome to Quidwell! We are Molly and Meriden, college friends and wellness junkies. Our story began shortly after graduating and bopping around a bit until we landed back in Cincinnati. We wanted to explore the health and wellness scene so we scoured the internetĀ for local healthy eats, the best yoga studios, and places to get acupuncture, but quickly discovered there just wasnā€™tĀ any oneĀ platform providing this information in an easily accessible and beneficial way. It was at this moment that we decided to create Quidwell with the goal ofĀ becoming a local wellness connection for women by sharing experiences and amplifying the voice of the local health and wellness scene.

Meriden McGraw

CO-FOUNDER

Meriden is in the business of mental wellness. She combines her masterā€™s level education in mental and public health with her training in mind-body modalities to teach individuals and groups techniques for optimal wellbeing. To date, Meriden has completed 27 different teacherĀ trainingsĀ both nationally and internationally and holds various certifications in pranayama (breath techniques), positive psychology, mindfulness, and yoga. Sheā€™s had a number of surgeries and at one point was in a wheelchair for three months after being hit by a car riding her bike. Because of these experiences, Meriden knows that health is extremely valuable and strives to help others find their own version of mental, physical, and spiritual health. Meriden can be found practicing yoga across the city, dragging her husband to strength training workouts, and looking for restaurants with healthy eats that allow pups.

Molly McCafferty

CO-FOUNDER

Molly became a fitness junkie after her parents encouraged her to work out with their trainer in high school onceĀ the sportsĀ season was over. She was instantly hooked on how exercise made her feel both mentally and physically strong. From then on, she sought out new ways to move daily. While working in media sales in Chicago, she learned her new city by way of fitness studios–scheduling classes across town then having to figure out how to get there. Sales can be stressful, and she found that hour of exercise as an essential aspect of relieving stress and relaxing after work. Once she moved back to Cincinnati, she began working in social media. She is currently an account manager at Dooley Social Studio where she specializes in custom content creation, influencer marketing, and community management. You can find Molly at any workout with a great soundtrack andĀ high-intensityĀ movement, going for long walks, and chasing her nieces and nephews around town.
