Meriden is in the business of mental wellness. She combines her master’s level education in mental and public health with her training in mind-body modalities to teach individuals and groups techniques for optimal wellbeing. To date, Meriden has completed 27 different teacher trainings both nationally and internationally and holds various certifications in pranayama (breath techniques), positive psychology, mindfulness, and yoga. She’s had a number of surgeries and at one point was in a wheelchair for three months after being hit by a car riding her bike. Because of these experiences, Meriden knows that health is extremely valuable and strives to help others find their own version of mental, physical, and spiritual health. Meriden can be found practicing yoga across the city, dragging her husband to strength training workouts, and looking for restaurants with healthy eats that allow pups.
