The Burn Boot Camp workout is designed to maximize your results in just 45 minutes with an average burn of 700 calories per camp.
All Burn Boot Camp locations provide you with a 14 day “test drive” where you can take as many classes as you want in two weeks. Their formats change daily, with a different focus area so you could attend every day of the week (Monday through Saturday, there are no camps held on Sunday).
Their members have access to focus meetings which consists of unlimited one-on-one sessions, in the gym, with just you and your head trainer to discuss nutrition, performance, lifestyle or weight loss.
They also offer free childwatch at various times throughout the day.
As a member, you can visit various Burn Boot Camp locations across the country at no additional cost.
